I am forever grateful for the lessons and skills that have been revealed to me by those around me.  

In order to nurture ourselves we must find ways to feed the different pieces that make us into a whole person. This site is my way of connecting to my creative-self through my amateur photography and writing.

I believe in the power of story telling; it allows us to grow and embrace our authentic selves. It is a form of healing and an invitation for others to find the power in their own voice and experiences. By sharing my story I hope to carve out space for others to do the same. 

My mission: 

My calling is to move justice and health equity forward for adolescent and youth populations. In all realms of my life, I will show up in my authenticity and radical imagination; root myself in the values of cultural humility, intersectionality and being trauma informed to challenge systems of oppression, and redistribute power, knowledge and wealth.
